Unlike previously known seals, “Ingredients Tested” is the world’s first interactive quality and transparency seal.

Ingredients tested

Quality and transparency seal: The company can use it to make clear and advertise that all the ingredients in its products have been tested at the manufacturer-neutral consumer portal Cosmetic Analysis. At least 80% of all products of a brand must be tested and published on Cosmetic Analysis.

Interactive CA codes: By becoming a member *Pro Plus * you acquire the right to generate as many CA codes as are necessary for your promotional activities. These can be: Webshop or website, mail campaigns, social media activities and all print media such as packaging, flyers, posters, ads and others. Each CA code can be associated with the respective activities and the clicks and scans can be evaluated. Don’t fail to describe what your customer can expect when they click or scan. Benefits for consumers

CA codes lead consumers to the analysis of a product, where they can check the product quality and details all contained ingredients themselves. The product’s rating and all ingredient details are available to anyone, including users who are not members of Cosmetic Analysis. Benefits for suppliers

A CA code, which works like a QR code, can be embedded on websites or printed on product packaging and other print media. The code can be scanned with a smartphone and thus also leads to product analysis at the point of sale.

Thus, the interactive CA code is suitable for many application areas: Product descriptions on websites and web stores, mail campaigns and posts in social media, packaging, brochures, posters, advertisements and many more.

Suppliers can, transparently and comprehensibly, disclose all details of their product quality to everyone. This opens up new, superior advertising strategies that clearly stand out from the competition and generate more quality-focused leads and customers.

Suppliers can create as many CA codes for licensed products as they wish with membership *Pro Plus *.

How the CA codes work

1) Analysis of the product

The supplier analyzes a product by specifying the ingredients and Cosmetic Analysis calculates a rating from them.

2) Creation of the CA code

The supplier then creates a CA code for the product in one step. Cosmetic Analysis generates the code and all associated files within a few seconds.

3) Calling the link

The CA code contains a link that the provider may distribute in online media. For this purpose, he can use an image of the CA code, as you can see at the top of this page. The consumer can call the link and gets to the analysis of the product.

4) Scan of the CA code

The provider can download the CA code in a print format and use it on the product packaging and other offline media. The consumer can scan the code with his smartphone and access the analysis of the product directly.

5) Access to the analysis

The consumer gets full access to the product analysis via the CA code. He sees all contained ingredients with rating and can call up the properties and citations of each substance.

6) Evaluation of the accesses

Every access to a seal is recorded and evaluated anonymously. The provider can thus measure the success of a CA code in terms of temporal and geographical usage. The provider can create any number of CA codes of a product, for example, to be able to evaluate marketing campaigns individually.
